TidyVisa is operated by Shiri Allon, a sole proprietor based in Israel. This page explains what information we handle and why.
1. What you type in the letter form
Your letters are created in your own browser. The details you type, such as your name, passport number, address and travel dates, are not sent to us and are not stored by us. When you close the page, they are gone.
2. Payments
Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle collects the information needed to process your payment, such as your email address, country and payment details, under its own privacy policy. We receive order information from Paddle, such as your email address, the product and the amount, so we can provide support and handle refunds. We never see your full card details.
3. Visit statistics
We count visits and a few steps on the site (for example, how many people start the form or buy) to improve the service. We use a privacy-friendly analytics tool that does not use cookies and does not identify you personally.
4. Hosting
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site securely.
5. Emails you send us
If you email us, we use your message and email address only to reply, and keep them only as long as needed for that.
6. Your rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to [email protected].
7. Changes
We may update this policy and will show the date of the latest change at the top of this page.
