These terms apply to your use of tidyvisa.com ("TidyVisa", "we"). TidyVisa is operated by Shiri Allon, a sole proprietor based in Israel. By using the site or buying from it, you agree to these terms.
1. What TidyVisa does
TidyVisa creates letter templates for short-stay visa applications, such as a cover letter, travel itinerary, employer leave letter, invitation letter and sponsorship letter, based on the details you type in. The letters are created in your own browser.
2. What TidyVisa is not
- TidyVisa is a private service. It is not a government website and is not affiliated with any government, consulate, embassy, visa centre or the European Union.
- TidyVisa does not give legal or immigration advice and does not submit applications for you.
- We cannot promise that your visa will be approved. Only the authority that receives your application decides.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for making sure every detail in your letters is true, complete and correct, and that each letter is signed by the right person. Letters from your employer, host or sponsor must be reviewed, approved and signed by them. Do not use TidyVisa to create false or misleading documents.
4. Price and payment
You can answer the questions and preview your letters for free. Downloading the letters without the preview mark costs the price shown on the site at the time of purchase. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
5. Licence
After you pay, you may use the letters for your own visa applications and those of the people named in them.
6. Liability
TidyVisa is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any refusal, delay, cost or loss related to a visa application, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
8. Law and contact
